November 10th – February 20th
3 practices per week. Two 2 hour practices. One 90 minute practice. (ALL THREE PRACTICES ON INDOOR COURT, UNLESS WE MOVE THE 90 MINUTE PRACTICE WITH GOOD WEATHER)
FOCUS: Fundamentals, ball control, movement, beach specific techniques. Indoor team development and positional training to prepare for indoor tournaments and beach tournaments.
February 21st – April 1st
3 Practice per week still. Two Indoor practices a week (2 hours each). One beach practice a week (90 minute session).
Finishing out the indoor part of the season with our final tournament over the April 2nd weekend. Increased beach training preparing for more tournaments.
April 5th – May 21st
Three beach practices a week. (90 minutes for each practice).
Athletes fully transition into the beach season with more beach tournaments and finish the regular season with Gulf Shores AL. Tournament.
May 24th – July 28th
2x per week & 90 mins per practice. Either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday.
Maintain skill development with flexibility for tournaments. This will prepare for all beach nationals events that take place in July. Example AVP Nationals, BVCA Championships, AAU Nationals, P1440s Championships, USAV Nationals.

Open to all athletes
Anyone can try out regardless of what club they play for — or even if they don’t play for any club. No prior beach experience required, though some volleyball background is recommended. We expect this team to be a high level travel team for the 2027 season!
