SCHEDULE
November 10th – February 20th
3x per week. Two 2 hour practices, One 90 minute practice. (All three practices on indoor court, unless we move the 90 minute practice to a beach practice).
Focus: fundamentals, ball control, movement, beach-specific techniques. Indoor team development and positional training to prepare for indoor tournaments and beach tournaments.
February 21st – April 1st
Two indoor practices a week. (2 hours each). One beach practice a week. (90 minutes).
Finishing out the indoor part of the season with our final tournament over the April 2nd weekend. Increased beach training preparing for more beach tournaments.
April 5th – May 21st
Three beach practices a week (90 minutes each).
Athletes fullt transition into the beach season with more beach tournaments and finish the regular season with Gulf Shores AL Tournament.
May 24th – July 28th
2x per week & 90 mins per session
Mon & Wed or Tue & Thu. Maintain skill development with flexibility for tournaments. This will prepare for all beach national events that take place during July. Example AVP Nationals, BVCA Championships, AAU Nationals, P1440s Championships.
